PMEGP is a credit-linked subsidy: the promoter puts in 5–10%, the government 15–35%, the bank the rest. Manufacturing projects cap at ₹25 lakh, service at ₹10 lakh.
MSE-CDP funds clusters — common facility centres, infrastructure, marketing hubs. SFURTI regenerates traditional industry clusters, with assistance up to ₹8 crore on a project. Eligibility and sanction rest with the scheme authority and the lender.
